I'm looking for an article


When you search for a particular article, enter one or more keywords in the search bar (top right of all our pages) and click on the "OK" button.

I wish to register


To register on lastlegend.fr, it is necessary to click on the button "Inscription" present on all the pages of our site in the top right. Enter your email address and fill out the form.

You can also register when finalizing your order.

I wish to place an order


By browsing on lastlegend.fr, when you are interested in an article, click on it and then select the desired quantity and click on the "Add to Cart" button, you will be able to finalize your order or continue shopping.

Once your product selection is complete, click on the basket at the top right and then follow the instructions.

Adding items to your cart does not commit you in any way, when finalizing your order you will have the opportunity to modify your selection by removing items you no longer want.

I want to modify my order


Access your basket at any time thanks to the "Basket" icon at the top right.

By clicking on the "Shopping Cart" icon you will have access to the details of your order. You will be able to change the quantity and sort your items.

Once you make the payment, it is no longer possible to modify your order.

I have a promo code and I want to use it


Once on the summary page of your order, you will enter the promotion code on the input field that will appear by clicking on "Do you have a discount code?"

 

I want to pay my order


Your bank details are not kept by our site. We trusted Payplug to secure your payments.

You can pay by credit card (CB, Visa, MasterCard) or Paypal.

I want to know the delivery time


The delivery time is 3-6 days for deliveries in Metropolitan France (excluding any delay due to our carriers).

I want to track my package

Once your order is placed, Last Legend will provide you with a tracking number corresponding to your package. Visit our dedicated page "Shipping and delivery".

I received a notice from La Poste

You have 15 days to pick up your package at your post office or relay point. Once this period has passed, your package is returned to our warehouses.

You can contact us by email asking us to reship it, our customer service can also afford to call you to find out what you want.

I did not receive my package

Do not panic !

In the first place, remember to check your mailbox to verify that a notice has not been left.

Also remember to follow your package with the link provided by the delivery company to know the location of your package

We invite you to go to your post office with your ID and the tracking number of your package to see if your order is not there.

I want to return a product

You have a period of 14 days after receipt of your order to return your products for refund, if they do not suit you. For more information, visit our dedicated General Conditions of Sale page.

I hesitate about the size to choose

Choosing the right size is essential to feeling good. We advise you to read the product sheet which will inform you about the size of the products and will guide you in the choice of your products.
