  • from 100 € of purchase for the zone Europe

HOW TO FOLLOW MY PACKAGE?

An email with a tracking number is sent to the shipping of your order.

It can also land in your spam!

 

Delivery times are expressed excluding Sundays and public holidays. They are indicative and based on the official deadlines announced by the carriers. It may be that for reasons beyond our control they may be longer than expected. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience that could be exceptionally caused and invite you if it happens to contact us by email indicating precisely your order number: contact@lastlegend.fr.

In case of exceeding a period of 30 working days from the date of the order, it may be canceled and refunded within a maximum period of 14 days. The request must be made by email to contact@lastlegend.fr. For deliveries by COLISSIMO, it is important to note that when delivery is not possible for the following reasons:

  • IASP
  • Incomplete address
  • The address does not exist

Or when the parcel is not recovered within 10 days after receiving the notice of passage,
Postal services return parcels automatically to the sender (when parcels are not removed in time). Lastlegend.fr can carry out a return of the package if it could not be delivered to the customer. This forwarding is supported by Lastlegend.fr. It will be charged to the customer during a second reshipment.

Unless otherwise indicated, delivery is made to the address you specified when ordering. To facilitate the delivery of your order you are requested to ensure the information correctly and in as much detail as possible when placing your order.
