PREAMBLE
These general conditions of sale are concluded between: Lastlegend.fr
- on the one hand, Muqtadir OURO SAMA, micro company, manager of the website lastlegend.fr whose registered office is located at 180B Rue Julian Grimau, 94400 Vitry Sur Seine, France; SIRET: 917 814 303 00017, registered in the Trade and Companies Register of Créteil under the RCS number: 917 814 303 hereinafter referred to as "the seller", and
- on the other hand: any natural person who operates for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity that may be practiced, wishing to make a purchase on the Lastlegend.fr website, hereinafter referred to as "the buyer".

The parties agree that their relations will be governed exclusively by this contract. In the event that a condition should be lacking, it will be governed by the practices in force in the distance selling sector whose companies are headquartered in France.
All information is presented in French. The buyer declares to have the full legal capacity which allows him to engage under these general conditions.
1. OBJECT
These General Conditions of Sale exclusively govern the offer, transfer and acceptance of purchase orders for products on Lastlegend.fr between buyers of Lastlegend.fr and the seller. On the other hand, these General Conditions of Sale do not in any way govern the supply of services or the sale of products by entities other than Lastlegend.fr which would be present on Lastlegend.fr by any means whatsoever, which are: links, banners or other hypertext links. You are therefore advised, before forwarding orders and purchasing products and services from entities other than the Lastlegend.fr site, to check their conditions of sale, because Lastlegend.fr will in no way be responsible the provision of services or the sale of products by third parties, or the conclusion of electronic commerce transactions between users of Lastlegend.fr and third parties. We reserve the right to make changes to the General Conditions at any time, subject to posting these changes on our site.
2. OUR PRODUCTS
There are only items bearing The MarkLast Legend on Lastlegend.fr. No used, defective or sub-market quality products are sold on Lastlegend.fr. The product sheets on the site present the essential characteristics of the products. However, the images and colors of the products offered for sale on Lastlegend.fr may not correspond to the actual colors under the effect of the internet browser and/or the screen used to display the website. Our duty will also be to communicate to the customer, and this promptly from the transmission of the order to the supplier, the possible unavailability of the products ordered, when the products, presented on Lastlegend.fr, would no longer be available or on sale at the time of last access to the site or sending the order form. In the event that the order form has been transferred and the price has been paid, the necessary will be done by the supplier to reimburse the sum that the customer has already advanced at the latest within a period of thirty (30) days from of the payment.
3. PRICE
The prices indicated are expressed in Euros, all taxes included and excluding shipping costs. The applicable value added tax is that in force in mainland France on the day of the order. It is recommended to check the final sale price before submitting your order form. Orders delivered outside metropolitan France are likely to be subject to any taxes and customs duties which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Lastlegend.fr reserves the right to practice without notice a price change on any of the products offered for sale. In the event of a price change on an order being processed, the price applied to the customer will be that which was displayed at the time of purchase. In more important cases such as input errors, Lastlegend.fr reserves the right to cancel a sale.
4. ORDERS
Before placing an order, the customer must create an account on Lastlegend.fr.
If the customer already has a Last Legend customer account, all he has to do is identify himself with his email address and the password he chose when registering. Valid postal details must be provided by the customer when placing an order.
Delivery costs are added to the total amount of the items. The electronic transmission of the order form by the customer constitutes unconditional acceptance and commitment to respect, in relations with the seller, these General Conditions of Sale. In the event of a customer disagreement with certain terms indicated in these General Conditions of Sale, we invite him not to finalize his order on Lastlegend.fr.
The seller sends an acknowledgment of receipt of the order by e-mail upon receipt of the order. This confirmation e-mail will present a summary of the information indicated by the customer in the order form (General Conditions of Sale, information relating to the essential characteristics of the product, the detailed indication of the price, the means of payment, the existence of your right of withdrawal and delivery times and costs).
5. PAYMENT TERMS
The payment of the order can be made with the means of payment Bank card and Paypal. For payment by credit card (CB, Visa, Mastercard), American Express, Bancontact and Union Pay cards are not accepted.
The financial information you provide at the time of payment using a credit/debit card, or the due date) is transferred, using an encrypted protocol, to Payplug (our payment intermediary) or to other banks or payment service providers who are providers of services related to remote electronic payment. Under no circumstances may third parties have access to this financial information.
The seller will never use this information, except to complete the procedures related to your purchase or to issue refunds in the event of a possible return of the products in accordance with the right of withdrawal, or, if it is necessary to prevent or report to the competent authorities the occurrence of fraud on Lastlegend.fr.
The amounts for the purchase of the products, the shipping and delivery costs, as indicated in the Order Form, will be debited from your Account when the Order Form is transmitted to the supplier.
6. DELIVERY
Deliveries are made in mainland France, overseas departments and territories, in Europe. We do not deliver on the African continent.
Orders placed before midnight are prepared and shipped the next day, except Fridays, Saturdays and public holidays and unless payment is not validated. The order may have a longer delivery time, following analysis of it by our anti-fraud department.
In the event of an error or omission by the Customer in the communication of the delivery address, Lastlegend.fr cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the products ordered. The delivery costs following the update of the contact details will then be borne by the Customer.
Lastlegend.fr can reship the package if it could not be delivered to the customer. This forwarding is supported by Lastlegend.fr. It will be the responsibility of the customer during a second reshipment. For more information on delivery methods, we invite you to consult the delivery page.

8. RECEIPT OF THE ORDER MADE
The conformity of the package must be checked by the customer upon receipt.
The following anomalies concerning the delivery: the damaged package, the products missing, damaged, or not in conformity with the order, must be notified within 14 days from the reception of the order.
The customer must then inform customer service by email at contact@lastlegend.fr or by telephone. After this period, no complaint can be taken into account by Lastlegend.fr after this period of 14 days.
In the event that the products are non-compliant, the customer must complete and indicate the anomalies identified in the return form to be placed in the package. The customer will receive exclusively by email a return slip already stamped to print.
When non-compliance has been found, Lastlegend.fr will offer the customer two options:
Option 1 : The replacement of the item(s)
Option 2 : Reimbursement of the item(s)
In the event of abnormal or abusive complaints, Last Legend reserves the right to refuse to serve a subsequent order from the customer.
9. RETRACTATION
The customer has fourteen (14) days from the day of receipt of the products purchased on Lastlegend.fr to terminate the contract concluded with the supplier, without any penalty and without specifying the reason.
The purchased item cannot be changed for another, or for the same in a different size or color.
The customer must then return the products to the seller by giving them to a carrier of his choice within fourteen (14) days of the date of receipt of the order. Only the costs of returning the purchased products are the responsibility of the customer.
The necessary will be done by the seller to reimburse the buyer under the conditions specified below and this within a maximum period of thirty (30) days from the exercise of this right.
In order to exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer is invited to complete the Return Form. In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the return of the products is considered to have been carried out correctly if and only if:
- the Return Form is correctly completed and sent to the supplier;
- the product purchased must not have been worn, worn, modified, washed or damaged. The label must still be attached to the product with the single-use seal if there is one;
- the products must be returned whole and unused in their original packaging. They must be sent to the seller in a single shipment. The seller reserves the right not to accept items from the same order, returned and shipped at different times.

If the terms and conditions for the exercise of the right of waiver specified above have not been respected, the seller reserves the right not to make any refund of the sums already paid by the customer. The possible costs of returning the products will remain the responsibility of the customer.
Nevertheless, the customer will be able to obtain again, at his expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to the supplier if he so requests. In the event that this request has not been made, the seller may keep the products, do with them what he wishes in addition to the sums already paid for their acquisition by the customer.
The seller, in the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, reserves the right not to accept the return of the products if they are devoid of their label, their original packaging or which have been altered in their essential characteristics or qualitative or which have been damaged.
Exception: Boxers are not accepted back
No returned order can be accepted in store. Returned orders are to be sent exclusively to the postal address mentioned above.
10. REFUND
Verification of compliance with the conditions of retraction and return as specified above is carried out by the seller after the returned products have arrived in its warehouse. In the event that the checks result in compliance with the said conditions, the seller will take the necessary steps to send the customer by e-mail confirmation of acceptance of the products thus returned.
If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order form and the person who made the payment of the sums due for the purchase, and in the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the reimbursement of the sum will still be made by the seller, to the person who made the payment.
Discount codes and any other exceptional benefits are excluded from refunds.
Refunds are made on the same means of payment used when ordering, except for orders placed by e-credit card which will only be refunded in the form of a gift card that can only be used on Lastlegend.fr.
Refunded orders are reimbursed at their billing amount.
11. PERSONAL DATA
Information necessary to process orders is collected by Lastlegend.fr. This information collected is strictly confidential and will only be used by Lastlegend.fr, its service providers as part of the management of the Customer's order and its Last Legend customer account.
Following any injunction from the legal authorities or in order to defend its rights or those of its employees, customers or any other person, Lastlegend.fr may communicate this data to legally authorized bodies and authorities.
Lastlegend.fr undertakes to take all necessary precautions to ensure the security of its files and the protection of its computer system, and in particular to prevent the Customer's personal information from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorized third parties. The Customer's personal information is sent to and stored at the site host located in France, whose contact details appear on the site under the Legal Notices section.
In accordance with the law "Informatique et Liberté" of January 6, 1978, as amended by the law of August 6, 2004, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, modify and delete data concerning him.

12. COOKIES
The site, Lastlegend.fr uses cookies in order to be able to process the customer's order and better understand his needs to personalize the services offered to him. The cookie is defined as being a computer file, stored on the hard disk of the customer's microcomputer, the purpose of which is to signal its passage on the site.
The role of cookies is to: memorize the customer's identity (known through their email address and password), their visit time on the site and the contents of their basket. Once disconnected from the site, this information is stored for a period of 30 (thirty) days before being permanently erased.
By opposing the registration of cookies through the configuration of his internet browser, the customer loses any personalization of the service offered to him on the site.
13. RESPONSABILITES
Any order placed on the site implies knowledge and acceptance of the procedures in force on the Internet network, particularly with regard to technical performance, response times, connection times, queries or information transfers, risks of power cuts. , the risks of contamination by viruses circulating on the network and in general all the risks related to the use of the Internet network.
Lastlegend.fr can therefore in no way be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from misuse or incident related to the use of the computer, access to the Internet, maintenance or malfunction of the servers, the telephone line or any other technical connection, the Customer's connection to the Site being made under his full responsibility.
14. APPLICABLE LAW
In the event that one of the terms of these General Conditions of Sale is found to be null, illegal or unenforceable by court decision, the other provisions of the General Conditions of Sale will remain in force. The General Conditions of Sale are executed and interpreted in accordance with French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer must first contact Lastlegend.fr in order to obtain an amicable solution and in the absence of an agreement, only the courts of common law will be competent.
